Well, I guess your SmartBits 200 is setting the source port to 17512
when it puts packets on the wire; if that's not what you want it to do,
you might want to ask Spirent about it.

The destination port is 0, which means that, as per my mail, Ethereal
will view it as PGM, due to what I'd consider a bug in the PGM
dissector.
