The source code to it is in the Ethereal source tree.  It's in the files
"packet-ncp.c", and "packet-ncp2222.inc" - and "ncp2222.py", which is a
Python script used to generate part of the NCP dissecting module.

If you are using a binary version of Ethereal, it's built into Ethereal,
so if you have Ethereal, you already have the module.
