You'd use the "patch" command; however, if you haven't modified
Ethereal's source, you may just want to download the latest source -
it's a large file, so it'd take longer (especially on a slow link), but
if you're not familiar with "patch", it may be easier to just spend the
time (and possibly money) downloading the latest source.
