Mention it to the WinPcap people at

	winpcap@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

so they at least know that, on at least one machine running WinXP, it
doesn't work.  (Whether it'd work any better with NT 4.0 or NT
5.0^H^H^H^H^H^HW2K is another matter, i.e. it could either be a WinXP
breakage or, say, a driver breakage portable to multiple NT releases.)
