Hi there,
	I'm trying to compile ethereal 0.8.17-a under Win32 using MSVC 5.  So far I've encountered two problems:

1.	./wiretap/wtap.def didn't exist, and was required for building the writetap DLL.  I managed to find one in the ethereal-dev mailing list archives, but I was wondering if this was supposed to be automatically generated or something?

2.	./Makefile.nmake is set up to try and perform a make in ./image, but there's no Makefiles of any variety there.

	I'd also like to know if the Makefile.nmake is automatically generated, and if so, how do I generate it?  I'm compiling with a couple of home-made dissectors under Linux and Win32 and it'd be nice to not have to make changes to Makefile.am AND Makefile.nmake.
