Just grab a nightly-build from
ftp://ftp.ethereal.com/pub/ethereal/nightly-builds/

and compile it up. I got ethereal-2001-02-14.tar.gz a few weeks back and
compiled it up with only a small problem due to one bit of code not being
64-bit-clean for Alpha
