Q 3.7: When I try to run Ethereal on Windows, it fails to run because it
can't find packet.dll.

A: If you are trying to run the Windows binary distribution that includes a
version of Ethereal that can capture packets, you must first install the
WinPcap driver and libraries; those can be downloaded from the WinPcap Web
site. Note that you will have to reboot your machine after installing the
WinPcap driver and libraries.
