Current versions of Ethereal don't show new-style plugins when you do
Tools->Plugins, and both the Gryphon and MGCP dissectors are new-style
plugins.

If you want to check whether the Gryphon or MGCP dissectors were seen by
Ethereal, you have to use Edit->Protocols; check to make sure the table
in the Decoding tab (which is currently the only tab) has "gryphon" and
"mgcp" buttons.

The next release will support only new-style plugins, and Tools->Plugins
will show the plugins that got loaded.
