The source code for the libraries themselves can be found at

  http://ucd-snmp.ucdavis.edu/ and

  http://www.net.cmu.edu/groups/netdev/software.html

What platform are you running?  The UCD site appears to have binary
packages for Windows, HP/UX, Solaris, and Linux.
