I have compiled Ethereal on NT using Visual C 6.0. The README.win32
file in Ethereal explains the process. However, I have not
modified the Makefile.nmake files in quite a few releases, so Ethereal
will not build out of the box using these make files. You'll have
to add more files to the list of files in Makefile.nmake (in both
Ethereal and wiretap).
