You can't, yet. The version of Ethereal under current development
can export an ethereal dump file (or more correctly, a pcap dump file,
aka a tcpdump file) to snoop format and to netmon format. Before
the next version of ethereal is released, it looks like we'll have
the ability to dump to sniffer format as well.
