SunOS 3.x, 4.x, or 5.x?  (What does "uname -sr" print, if anything?)

4.1.3, at least, doesn't appear to have "/usr/include/sys/dlpi.h", so
you're *probably* running 5.x.

If so, I'm surprised that "libpcap" doesn't compile, as it's included
SunOS 5.x support for ages, and many people use it (I've been using
Ethereal on 5.x for quite a while).

What error messages do you get when you try to compile "libpcap"?
