Ethereal-users: [ethereal-users] can't resolve symbol 'bindtextdomain'

Hello,

I successfully compiled ethereal 0.7.3.
'configure' and 'make' didn't report any errors. So now I have the binary
'ethereal'.

Unfortunately, when I want to start ethereal, it doesn't start but an error
appears:

Gerhart@pcy61:/ > ethereal
ethereal: can't resolve symbol 'bindtextdomain'

Do you know what this message means? How can I get ethereal working?
