Hi,

I'm running linux redhat 6.0 and ethereal 0.7.2 :

This is GNU ethereal 0.7.2, compiled with GTK+ 1.2.1, with libpcap

When I run ethereal  as root and I select Capture ->  Start   I get the
error :

>The capture session could not be initiated.  Please check to make sure
you have sufficient >permissions, and that you have the proper interface
specified.

I am root and yes, the interface I use is eth0 (according to  the redhat
netcfg).

Anyone can help me with this or can give me any pointers?
