Think about my problem as one of very efficiently trying to generate a
new form of XML representing the captured data. The capture file comes
from my users, so I have no idea what's in it.
I hadn't thought of writing a dissector for this. Can I write a
dissector that can just walk the entire proto_tree and not really do any
dissecting? This must be invoked for every packet, regardless of the
packet's content.
