The 371 bug was fixed as of version 0.10.13 if I read the revision numbers correctly. Revision 15226 of packet-bacapp.c took care of it. In my tests today the bytes given decode properly. The other two are still bugs and I'll get those fixes out probably tonight or tomorrow.
