Before a new release I think we need to consider if we want to include LUA
or not (win32) and what about libcrypt and gnutls for Windows?

Hi List!

As the bug situation cooled down a bit and the bugzilla reports are also 
looking not that bad (although some of the bugs have to be fixed before 
a release) I would think it's about time for a new release.

The last release is about 10 weeks ago, and there were a *lot* of bugs 
fixed since then.

I don't think we're in the situation of waiting for the requirements 
done for a 1.0 release is a good idea (e.g. privilege separation still 
might take some time).

Gerald, any chance?
