That bug was fixed a while ago (in current svn), the radius dictionary
did not close the files after loading them. BTW: there are  about 65
dictionary files, half of about 110.
Thanks, LEGO. BTW, it looks as though the files are open twice as each process has two handles to each of the dictionary files.
