Hi,
 
I am trying to build ethereal in cygwin.
I am using a computer with Windows XP.
 
Steps which I have followed:

1)Downloaded the current version of CYGWIN from its homepage.
 
2)Installed all the packages available in cygwin.
 
3)Downloaded the ethereal source from ethereal.com
 
4)unpacked it and used the following command
 
         ./configure --without-pcap --disable-ipv6
 
          make
 
But the process stops after sometime with the following messages:

The Cygwin has glib 2.x.x and gtk 2.x.x
 
plz help me reagrding this.
 
If anyone has built ethereal under cygwin plz let me know the exact details how to proceed.
