Title: Distclean needed on MSVC for Ethereal to buld properly?

Hi,
Since a few days I need to do a distclean for Ethereal to "take in" any changes to source files - is any one else seeing the same problem?

It builds properly and only the cahnged file but without distclean the updates are not there ???

Has it got anything to do with the changes to the version files?
