NBAP/RNSAP can currently only be dissected using a user DLT which you can
 use with a Tectronix K12xx file for instance. If any one has traces with
NBAP/RNSAP running atop some other protocol (SCCP?) and send the to the list
Ethereal can be made to dissect NBAP/RNSAP over that protocol.
