Well, who is actually using: "Vertical scrollbar placement"?!?

I've never seen this option in any other program I know, so is this 
really necessary / a good idea?

I'm personally using at least two of them on a regular basis 
("Interfaces" and "Options") because I'm using different interfaces for 
capturing and others reported to use the third one, so which one would 
you like to remove?
