Hi List!

I've recently changed the editcap manpage, as it seems to be lacking of 
some basic usability.

As I'm pretty unsure if it should be the way to go, please let me know...

I would like to change the remaining manpages like this example, so 
please let me know about any improvements...


What I've done:

- cut off the capture file related topics (wiretap) and moved it to 
another section below (once you're used to know the files, it don't need 
to be repeated all the time)
- move the Options description from the Description section into the 
Options section, just where they belong

I'm just not sure how to display the options?!?

There seems to be two alternatives:

[-c packets per file]
[-c <packets per file>]

of course, this should be consistent throughout all options of all 
ethereal helper tools ...
