The format of the message changed from a single-part message with content type text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1", with that single part including the body of the message and the signature, to a multi-part message with the body in one part and the signature in another. The problem is that the signature has a content disposition of "inline" but the body doesn't; giving the body a Content-Disposition: inline header will probably fix this.
