Would you consider the following two updates:

1, add a nice CHAP page to the wiki and link ppp to it.

2, break out the CHAP support from PPP into its own dissector packet-chap.c
Many other protocols also use CHAP and it would be nice if they could
benefit from a CHAP dissector as well.
