hi ethereal developers,

pls find attach a patch that fixes the AF/SAFI codepoints
for BGP Layer-2 VPNs from  a Juniper pre-standard implementation
to the new "official" IANA assigned codepoints.

Note, that he old codepoints are still kept to
maintain downwards compatability.
