As I released the new xml dissector (epan\dissectors\packet-xml.c),
the old dissector  (plugins\xml\*)  has been removed from the svn
tree...

Your svn tool might not have removed the plugins\xml dir and/or you
might have left behind the old plugin (xml.dll).
