You've changed the PATH, so cygwin is used *before* MSVC. Now the link.exe from cygwin (using to make hard/soft? links, just like in Unix) is found first in the PATH, which is probably not what we want :-) 


Otherwise I'll back the changes out again.
No need to, I've checked in a fix, it should be working again, the buildbot will tell us soon ...
