I've a packet that has an incorrect ieee803.3 header: The length field
is too small to reflect the real packet size. This causes the edp dissector
to report a malformed packet, as it is supplied with too few data byes.
Is there a better way to handle this scenario in the 803.3 dissector or
is this problem too specific?
