Hi List!

In order to fix #148, I've changed some command line parameters.

1.) The -o parameter can now overwrite recent file settings too. It was
formerly only possible for preference values.

2.) After that, the -B, -P and -T parameters could be removed, they were
formerly used to manipulate the GUI dimensions (e.g. pane size). The -o
parameter can be used instead now.

3.) Win32 only: Add -B to set capture buffer size, this char was used to
be consistent with WinDump (and possibly tcpdump later, if it gets that
feature too)

I've updated the man page accordingly, the User's Guide still needs an
update (which is true for other recently done changes as well).
