OPC == source address, DPC == destination address

CIC == Circuit Identification Code
And then the OPC/DPC/CIC combination identifies a telephone call(leg) much like src/dst ip addr +src/dst tcp port identifies a tcp connection
In the connection otiented protocol there is SSN (SubSystem Number) which is roughly equivalent to the IP port (service listening there) 

telecom people just love using acronyms
