My mua:
I now use GMAIL exclusively.  i wont change back ever.
It is really great once you get used to the UI (which is initially a
bit confusing).

I havent got a single spam in my mailbox for several months (i guess
its the benefit when your mail provider caches the whole internet and
most of the email?)
and it allows me to subscribe and search to hewaps of mailinglists i
dont want to read every mail from but still be able to search,   like
pkix, kink and krb-wg.
