I see,
I thought you were using 0.10.10 as source tree and binary.
Here's what happened:
Short after 0.10.10 I renamed all the extern stats_tree functions to
stats_tree_xxx so in svn they do not exists with their old names. I
can guess that on windows (as on my mac) the "developement tree"
ethereal uses the plugins in the same directories as it it was
installed, so the 0.10.10 plugin looks for those functions that were
renamed in libethereal and does not find them anymore.
