Title: [Patch] Dissect GTP over TCP and Readme

Hi list,

I have enclosed to patchs :
- patch.gtp adds a new preference to GTP  to specify if GTP should be dissected over a TCP stream. For backward compatibility this preference is set to true by default.

- patch.readme adds a note inside the Readme.win32 to prevent the problems experienced by some developers. http://www.ethereal.com/lists/ethereal-dev/200503/msg00614.html. Feel free to correct my English !
