You need to identify your protocol depending on some specific pattrens in
the Packet...
The heuristic (Not full proof) means increasing the probability of
solving a problem.
A heuristic solution is not Full Proof solution,
normally RTP Packet filters are heuristic in nature means it can not
gurantee that it always filters only RTP packets...
