I have changed the NSIP dissector to use a text file as input for "local dns" instead of the Ericsson internal translation. It works fine on Solaris but on Win2k the Preferences dialog has not been updated but still shows the Ericsson internal IP addr decode option. I am using the same code (see attachment, please check in) for both systems. I have removed the Windows installation completely, downloaded it again and compiled. I have also installed the ethereal-win32-libs from scratch. What could cause this behaviour and how do I solve the problem?
