End problem
In configure file, ^M special caracter is integrated into the ac_config_files definition 
I don't know why, but removing these caracters is the solution

Hi everybody

I try to compile Ethereal on WinXP with Cygwin.
During the Configure step:
$./configure --config-cache

I have the following error:
configure: creating ./config.status
config.status: creating Makefile
.infig.status: error: cannot find input file: Makefile

Is anybody help me ?
