It seems there are already people implementing that protocol.
On nov 17 someone from Softinc reported they were beta testing a
decoder for that protocol. The email subject was "plugin for
ethereal"
Please search the archive for that post.
I would advice you to get in touch with those guys instead of risking
to duplicate their work.
