Sorry to say it still does not work, does it have to be added to the plugins API?
I declared it locally as its just a TFS string anyway.

Defined, but not exported on Windows.  I've added it to libethereal.def. 
  (On most if not all UN*X systems, anything not static is exported, by 
default, from dynamically-linked libraries.)
