It doesn't appear to know about that flag. Perhaps the AODV dissector was written for an earlier AODV draft that didn't have it; you might want to check what stuff in 

	http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-manet-aodv-13.txt
(or whatever the current draft is, given that the draft in question is more than 6 months old) isn't handled by the dissector, and send a patch for that.
