hi!

I have wrote a python extension module for the ethreal's WireTap
library, which can be used to read and write any format of the
captured file. some program like capinfos and mergecap has been port
to python.

If you need this, I'm glad to contribute it to ethereal, and port it
to other platform (now only running in win32).
