If you load a capture file from disk and use the filter field to see some specific protocol(s) instead of all in the capture file then loading works fine and you see what you expected. If you know want to save what you see, you go to the "File/Save" or "File/Save as" dialog and enter a filename. Notice that the packet range shows the same number for "Captured" and "Displayed", but when saving with the "Captured" button pressed, the output file will be the same as the input file before applying the filter when loading. If you however press the "Displayed" button (which shows the same number of packets), then only the displayed packets are saved to the new file.

The bug is that the number of packets shown in the "File/Save" dialog is wrong when a file has been loaded using a filter.
