In this context ("sign" refers to the prefix indicating a negative or a positive number) only one valid word by word translation comes to my mind:
signed   -> vorzeichenbehaftet
unsigned -> vorzeichenlos

This is technical terminology. You probably won't find it in a typical dictionary. :)
