In the column list, at least, they're displayed in terms of seconds and fractions of seconds. By "in terms of milliseconds" do you mean "show only 3 digits after the decimal point"?
Yes. The number of decimals digits precision could be configured. Alternately it could actually be converted to milliseconds.
