As 0.10.7 is on its way and I want to make sure that the diameter fix
for win32 is included, here is the patch that matches Olivier B's
requirements.

- removing XML validation against DTD (can be re-activated by defining
ETHEREAL_XML_DO_VALIDITY_CHECKING in xmlstub.h)

Tested ok on Debian and win32 with current (this morning) svn checkout.
