It's the stock Net-SNMP 5.1.2 distribution with libsnmp compiled with the "libsnmp - Win32 Release" project using MSVC++ 6.0. A file called "README.ethereal" has been placed in the zip archive describing the changes in more detail. 


I've changed the developer's guide accordingly.
Do you noticed the net snmp people about the change, so they might incorporate that into the next release? And maybe suggest them to create a developer's release of the libsnmp including the things we need :-)
BTW: updating to the latest lib removed two MSVC warnings I alyways saw when doing a rebuild all :-)
