Even more unfortunately, 2.4.10 is the most recent Win32 GTK+ version:

Looking at Gtk+ sources it appears that Gtk+ 2.4.11 is the first
version
to have fixed this particular Gtk+ bug (#154767).
Hopefully Tor Lillqvist will update the GTK+-for-Win32 release to a 2.4.11-or-later release at some point.
