Hi, there is no such possibilities currently. You would need to do modifications to the source code.
 
I have been thinking of making it possible to extract all rtp-streams in a capture into separate au-files/rtpdump-files from Ethereal and/or Tethereal (the command line version of Ethereal), but unfortunately not had the time to do it yet.
