Wireshark · Ethereal-dev: [Ethereal-dev] Ethereal 0.10.6 - wrong libname stops install in epan

Dear Ladies and Sirs,

as also reported for Ethereal 0.10.6. -PRE- a wrong or missing libname stops
install in epan.

Workaround: set symbolic link and restart install


../.libs $pwd
/usr/local/src/ethereal/ethereal-0.10.6/epan/.libs

../.libs $ ln -s ../libethereal.la libethereal.lai


../.libs $ll
total 102772

These were the original error messages:
