Why does all files in the daily tar-balls have the same timestamp?
(within some minutes at least). E.g. this
ftp://ftp.ethereal.com/ethereal/nightly-builds/ethereal-2004-08-04.tar.gz

has files all with same date and timestamps 09:02 - 09:06.
For those not using SVN, this makes building from tar-balls pretty
timeconsuming as all objects must be remade.
